Effective Coaching also takes place away from the track. We may need to review your last track day or race event (especially if you have videos and data). And we will need to meet to discuss and agree on what's your next step for skills and experience growth. Whilst I prefer to meet F2F, this isn't always possible. So we can to do this via Zoom/Teams. Videos and data can be shared on these platforms. Meetings are usually one hour.

Prior to any track day or race event, I'll often write you a specific program of activities/objectives to be covered that day in the form of a Lesson Plan. That plan is tailored to exactly what we both want to achieve to enable you with new skills and/or re-affirm your recent growth. Even if I'm not in attendance at the circuit, you'll be able to work through the Lesson Plan - and talk to me about your experiences afterwards.

I'll be at the track with you all day. I'll be reviewing your performance firsthand - and you'll be discussing with me your experiences. Usually, you'll be following a Lesson Plan. It might be our first day together or our tenth. If I'm supporting another Driver, the cost is halved. Please understand that for circuits beyond Sydney Motorsport Park or Wakefield Park there may be some additional travel costs.

Once you're an Eiger Racing HPDE client, there are some extra services I'll provide for you for at no cost.

1. If you're at the track (and I'm not) and you need to talk to me about something - ring me.

2. If I'm at the track racing and you're at the same event (and you want to talk about your driving) - I'll make time for you.

3. If I'm providing a general coaching service at an event or track day, and you're there too driving - I'll make sure you get as much attention as you need.

A referral to a family member or a friend is the best form of acknowledgement that my services are working well for my clients. It's also the best way for my business to grow. Therefore, if you refer me, in appreciation I will pay you a Referral Fee of 25% of the total of the first month of invoices issued to the referred client.
